Aramark is seeking a dedicated EVS Director to oversee the Environmental Services department within healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a healthy environment. The EVS Director will lead and direct all environmental services activities, staff training, and compliance with hospital standards and guidelines. This role demands a profound commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and a deep understanding of infection control practices.
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that comply with hospital standards.
Manage the environmental services staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facilities to reduce the spread of infection.
Manage department budgets and forecasts.
Liaise with hospital administration and other departments to coordinate services and initiatives.
Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
