Description

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient and family counseling to support optimal clinical outcomes. You will document care in the EMR, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, support regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients across assigned units
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Deliver nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team on patient care
Monitor nutrition-related outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and Sodexo standards and policies
Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to menu, meal, and nutrition-related program development as needed
Mentor dietetic interns or new staff, supporting Sodexo’s learning culture
