Aramark is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Environmental Services EVS Manager to join our healthcare team. Our focus on delivering exceptional services extends to our environmental services department, where we ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As an EVS Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our facility's environment, directly impacting the health outcomes and satisfaction of our patients and staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the environmental services department, ensuring all standards are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and train a team of environmental services staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with healthcare staff and management to guarantee that environmental services are integrated smoothly with patient care activities.
Prepare budgets, control expenses and provide reports on department performance and metrics.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the environmental services team.
Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in health and safety regulation compliance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices
