This dynamic role focuses on creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors while enhancing efficiency and promoting well-being. As a crucial member of our team, you will oversee a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage daily operations of the custodial department, ensuring a clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning personnel, providing training and development.
Implement and monitor standards of cleanliness and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals safely.
Liaise with healthcare administrative staff to align facilities management practices with patient care objectives.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while controlling costs.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, and carry out regular safety audits.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to personnel, inventory, and compliance activities.
Strong leadership and people management skills
