ARAMARK is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping and environmental services within a healthcare setting. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, infection prevention programs, waste management, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include supervising and training EVS staff, managing schedules, budgets, and supplies, and partnering with clinical leaders to meet quality and safety standards. Oversee daily EVS operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
Implement and monitor infection prevention and control procedures
Supervise, train, and evaluate EVS staff; manage work schedules and assignments
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Joint Commission standards, and ARAMARK policies
Manage department budget, labor costs, and supply inventories
Conduct quality inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate waste management, including hazardous and medical waste disposal
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support patient satisfaction and safety goals
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and accountability
Report performance metrics and operational issues to senior management
