ARAMARK seeks an Environmental Services Manager to lead EVS operations at Atrium Health Cleveland. In this role, you’ll manage cleaning, waste, and infection-control programs to maintain a safe, sanitary healthcare environment. You will supervise and train frontline staff, optimize schedules, and ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and safety standards. Partnering with hospital leadership, you’ll track performance metrics, drive process improvements, support patient satisfaction, and model Aramark’s culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily environmental services operations for a healthcare facility
Manage, train, and schedule EVS staff to ensure service quality
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and supply inventory
Implement process improvements and quality assurance programs
Collaborate with hospital leadership and Aramark management on service goals
Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and inclusivity
