ARAMARK is seeking a Nutrition Associate Manager to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will lead daily clinical nutrition operations in a healthcare environment, overseeing patient assessments, therapeutic menu planning, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will supervise and develop a team of nutrition professionals, drive quality and safety initiatives, and partner with clinicians to deliver patient-centered care. Lead daily operations of nutrition services within Healthcare & Medical Services department
Oversee patient-centered nutrition assessments, care plans, and MNT in collaboration with clinical teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, food safety, and hospital policies
Develop and analyze therapeutic menus aligned with clinical guidelines and cultural needs
Supervise, mentor, and schedule dietitians and nutrition support staff
Monitor performance metrics, implement quality improvement initiatives, and report outcomes
Partner with healthcare providers to support population health and specialized nutrition programs
Educate patients, families, and staff on evidence-based nutrition practices
Support Aramark’s inclusive culture and community-focused initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and service innovation
Clinical nutrition management
