Oversee the daily operations of patient food services in healthcare facilities.
Ensure compliance with nutritional and dietary requirements.
Manage and train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor services to patient needs.
Implement quality control measures to achieve high patient satisfaction.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efficiently.
Strong leadership and personnel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in dietary software and nutrition management.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
