Description

As Patient Services Manager at ARAMARK for Singing River, you will lead daily patient dining operations in a healthcare setting. You’ll oversee meal service accuracy, diet compliance, and timely delivery, partnering with clinical teams to ensure excellent patient experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and training frontline staff, managing schedules, monitoring food safety and sanitation, and resolving patient concerns. You’ll track service metrics, support continuous improvement, and uphold Aramark’s culture of safety, inclusivity, and teamwork while fostering strong client and community relationships.
Manage daily patient dining and meal delivery operations in a healthcare facility
Ensure meals meet diet orders, quality standards, and are delivered accurately and on time
Supervise, schedule, and train patient services and foodservice staff
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to support patient satisfaction and outcomes
Address and resolve patient and family service concerns promptly
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for patient services area
Track service metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
